Fitness Yoga combines elements of Hatha Yoga with fitness and exercise. Yoga is designed for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. It integrates both mind and body by focusing on your breath while working through different poses. Fitness Yoga will improve strength, flexibility and circulation in addition to increasing concentration, body awareness and giving you a sense of well being and inner peace. People of all fitness levels will benefit from this form of yoga and flexibility is not a prerequisite. I am available to teach yoga privately or in a group at your site.
